This Annual Membership will automatically begin effective the date you establish your account and will continue to be available to you for a consecutive 12 month period. This option is best suited for Realtors and property owners who will utilize the site to market/sell more than three (3) properties over the next 12 months.
Cost of Subscription: $300.00 Annually
Cost of Listings: Free
An Individual Membership provides you with the ability to list your home for sale on this site for an entire 30 days. You will reach a larger audience in a shorter period of time. This membership option is best suited for individual property owners who have one (1) or two (2) properties to sell over the next 12 months.
For only $29.95 your property will be listed on this website for 30 days to be viewed by hundreds of visitors each day. At the end of this period, you will be notified via email to renew your listing if your property has not yet sold.
Regardless of the membership choosen, you will be automatically notified at the end of the 30 day period to either renew the listing or to allow it to be automatically deleted. This feature is convenient and allows our database of available properties to remain as current as possible.
