Q.  What marketing do I receive when utilizing this site to market my available properties?
A.   Tailored NET Design, LLC is the parent company of NWOhioProperties and responsible for all marketing of the site to the general public.  Billboards, radio, print and cable advertising are all areas that are used to draw visitors to this site.  As the site usage increases, additional marketing dollars will be available to increase the communication of the site to the general public.

Q.  I am selling my own property.  Can I list my own property on the site without a Realtor?
A.  Yes, you can gain the same access to our database and provide all the same information for your property.  There is no difference in the information or marketing as compared to properties represented by a Realtor.   See "List A Property" from our Main Navigational Menu.

Q.  What is the difference between an Annual Membership and an Individual Listing?
A. If you are an individual who will be utilizing the site for multiple property sales (more than 3 per year), it would be more beneficial to have an Annual Membership to the site than an Individual Listing.

Q.  Why is the cost different for Annual Memberships and Individual Properties?
A.  The monthly cost varies for individuals as well as Realtors.  The reason is that Realtors will utilize the site for several properties while the individual property owner will most likely only use it for the sale of one property during a 12 month period.
